Terms & Conditions
By using this website, requesting quotations or by placing an order with Afrikaan Computer Trading, the selling agent, you, as the client, accepts to be bound by these terms and conditions which may be changed at any time at Afrikaan Computer Trading's sole discretion without any notice
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 48hrs from the time Afrikaan Computer Trading provides the requested information via whatever means requested by the client(Fax, email, phone, SMS or BBM)
A quotation does not bind the client to any sales contract
Orders
All orders are valid for 5 days from the date Afrikaan Computer Trading provides the requested information via whatever means requested by the client(Fax, email, phone, SMS or BBM)
All orders will be cancelled after 5 days if Afrikaan Computer Trading has not received the cleared funds into Afrikaan Computer Trading's bank account
All products will only be shipped or released to the client once the funds have been cleared into Afrikaan Computer Trading's bank account
Delivery
Afrikaan Computer Trading makes use of a third party courier company to deliver products to clients
Afrikaan Computer Trading can courier product to most destinations within the borders of South Africa
Please contact Afrikaan Computer Trading for the relevant courier fees at contactus@afrikaan.co.za
It is at the client's own discretion to take out insurance with Afrikaan Computer Trading on the products in transit and Afrikaan Computer Trading will not be held liable for any loss or damage to products while in transit or the offloading of products at the client's premises
Payment
Afrikaan Computer Trading accepts the following forms of payment:
- Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT)
- Cash (Before delivery)
- Cheques (Pruducts will only be released once the funds have been cleared)
Warrantees
All products carry a one year manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated
All warrantees are kept with Afrikaan Computer Trading's suppliers and not with Afrikaan Computer Trading
The final decision with regards to the replacement or repairing of products lies with Afrikaan Computer Trading's suppliers and not with Afrikaan Computer Trading
Warrantees will be void if the products are not returned to Afrikaan Computer Trading in its original packaging (including any accessories or media) or without the original invoices
The return of products to Afrikaan Computer Trading will be at the client's own cost
Afrikaan Computer Trading adheres to the Consumer Protection Act

All prices are including VAT @ 14%
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Actual products may differ from images on the website
Although Afrikaan Computer Trading updates prices and stock availability on a regular basis, please enquire with us before making payments
